    Default Armour bonuses

    I can figured out that the chainshirt already give a bonus of 7, but what of the other armours? What kind of armour give what number?

    To be honest I don't think there has been a concerted effort to make the armour bonus that units receive equivalent to the type of armour they're wearing. Although I could be wrong on that: DBH could tell you for certain.

    But in short, I think you'll find that there are no consistent rules regarding it in XGM

    Yeah, I think it just has to do with what kind of unit it is and what level barracks they can be created in.
