When is RTR7 coming out?

This question has already been answered many times. The mod will be released when it is ready. TIC is coming soon (this month AFAIK) while the whole mod will come next year.

Both are true. TIC is coming to you quite fast (The Iberian Conflict) and you'd better enjoy it

Different people have different jobs on the team. Some people do coding, while others are responsible for the PR stuff. Perhaps you should try to appreciate the time they spend on keeping you informed, instead of insulting them.
