Weird AI

Im playing as England and have alliances with Scotland and Wales, but they arnt really doing much, my question is-why dont they try any sea invasions, as i know they have the men as there is a random Scot army right next to York just sitting there. And is it possible to make them invade somewhere else and create a little action.

What AI are you using and what difficulty level are you playing on?
VH will make them rather agressive and I would try Lusted's new AI

If i install Lusteds new Ai will i have to start my campaign again, and i beleive its on medium.

No you won't have to start over just copy the files into the stainless steal data folder. And I 'm playing a campaign on medium now just to test it out and the AI is still rather aggressive.
