I am getting tired of all my family members having a Mistress. How do you stop them from doing that? Also, I read in the manual that you can "exchange" the "companions" and objects (retrine or something like that) your General or agent carries. However, I do not know how to do that. How you do it?

Some members of the retinue (but not all) can be dragged and dropped to another general/family member.

I think you right click the the ones yo want to move, but I am not at home and I can't check right away.

Both of them need to be in the same city/army stack
click, hold and drop from one to the other.

You can left click and drag the retinue and drop in on the character you want to move it to. He has to be in the same place and of the same kind (general to general). Only a few retinue can be given to an other general. You can get the negative traits and retinues wen you general is in a city with a brothel in it.

i believe you mean the adultress ancillary,i believe the cheat is add_ancillary this (with your general selected outside setllements) -adultress
or remove_ancillary this adultress
the gifts i believe its only a diplomat and princesses action,first select something you want to give and the press the gift button.but i am not so sure

There are different kinds of adultresses. These are "adultress", "adultress_foreign" and "adultress_she_man". Use remove_ancillary this like COMIS 3 suggested. To get it to work move the character out of a settlement, double click it then open the console and type in the cheat.
You can prevent it by marrying prinsesses with a decent amount of charm.

So there is not way to get rid of it without a cheat? I don't like cheats, I feel that take away the fun.

Don't you just love it when a general gets the cuckhold trait? C/A should allow the assassination of general's wives to rectify this situations, since divorce and remarriage is not an option. In MTW at least you could kill your own generals and put them out of their misery.
