game battles/campaign running slow

Well it's most likely because you're either running the game at settings too high for your comp to handle, or, as in my case, your system is simply not strong enough to run it at all (Med2 is very resource intensive). Lower your graphics settings or ask your mom to buy a computer upgrade.

What graphics card do you use, and how recently did you update your drivers? I have actually had to revert to an older driver because newer ATI Catalyst drivers refuse to work with me. Slow game battles and and slow campaign map are the EXACT symptoms of my driver updates. I suggest you revert to something older, see if that works.
