This idea must be a "CVRIAL Decision", as you cannot change the TOS via amendments.

My above colleagues are all quite correct in that you cannot change the ToS via a Curial amendment. Feel free to write up a Curial decision encouraging the adoption of your desired changes by Hex, but only Staff can actually amend the ToS.
As such (and given the existence of a discussion thread on the matter in the Q&S), this thread is closed.

As I only have 5 days left to use this color text for official stuff, I would like to strongly agree with EvM's comments.
