    Icon3 Ethnic Traits project.

    Ethnic Traits Project
    Ethnic Traits Project is project to design module for enchant gameplay experience of Extended Greek Mod(XGM) by add ethnic issue as well as factions in-depthed to all factions via traits, ancillaries, advises as well as some related system. Currently, Ethnic Traits Serie 1 has been included in XGM version 5.8.X. And current external released are serie 2.3X. XC have their own internally included of Ethnic Traits which currently is 2.X.

    - Deceptive Virtue, now your virtuous characters maybe just corrupted pretenders. So kept eye on them closely or their corrupted nature will ruin your empire's future when they gain power in journey to the top. Your leader's proficient in spycraft would help you to take care the problem.
    - Aging system, Now aging will effect character health and social status. How fast he age is upto character lifestyle and retinues that with him.

    I love that idea.

    3. From what I have heard, it is possible to have more religions, but the extras will not cause unrest or have increased unrest when the population has a different religion from the governor or faction leader.
    If this works, it could be used to an advantage: the team behind Age of Vikings and Fanatics thought about having a fourth Jewish religion for the Khazar empire which was a neutral intermediary between the Byzantine Empire and the Islamic world.

    I need some data about moral ideal of each ethnic and what they think about themselves. If anyone know about any ethnic I mention above then please tell me.

    I will try to come up with some traits for parthia and thrace, but i think that the ethnic group should be thraco-dacian, instead of gwtai-dacian. Thraco-dacian is what is accepted in the literature and the getai are either part of the thracians or dacians, depends on who you ask.

    Puno-Iberian:

    My long vacation is about to end. Tomorrow a lot of work load awaited for me but this project still not complete yet what work that left is

    Arab (main ethnic for Saba's family members)
    Jewish (rare choice for adoption for Saba and Ptolemios)
    Anatolian (main choice for marriage and adoption for Pontus)
    Pahlavan (Starting family member and main adoption and marriage choice for Parthia)

    And also triggering condition which most of them still didn't code or even think about them.

    Now I completely clueless on Pre-Islamic "Arab", "Jewish"(I'm not judo-christian so I don't know much about them), and "Anatolian" on direction what should it be since I almost doesn't know about them in that era, maybe religous devotion and trade for arab but I know nothing more. I need some help on all these ethnics, If anyone have any clue or knowledge on these please tell me or tell the links.

    Thanks to Kara Kolyo for help me out on "Pahlavan" and "Thaco-Dacian" so both of these are not in my clueless list which lift me a lot of work load.

    I think time to complete this project would be about next weekend.

    I do not like the term 'saga' too much. It gives me Viking associations.

    May I suggest Germano-Celtic as a trait for both Germans and Celts. This would be instead of some of the tribal traits I suggested earlier. I will expand upon that idea later.

    Jewish would probably work as an Egyptian trait as well.

    For the parthians one of the trait levels could be changed to true aryan. I hope that nobody will think of Nazi Germany, but for the other aryans. The seven families could be used too as a kind of minor ethnicities, giving different bonuses and anti traits?
    As for Thrace some minor ethnicities could be:
    Bessoi - this man is a member of the bessoi tribe, which lives in the Rhodope mountains. The bessoi are famous for their skill with the machaira. +1 attack, -1 when defending?
    Odrissai - this man is member of the biggest thracian kingdom... +1 management
    Getai - the getai lived near the Scythians and took some of their ways of fighting. +1 when commanding cavalry.
    Dacian - could be something with bonus to construction?
    and finaly - Bastarnae - this man is member of the germanic Bastarnae tribe, which settled among the thracians... +ambush
    As for the other traits - for the thracians could be something like
    Thracian
    Thracian dynast
    Heir or true follower of Orpheus.
    These are only suggestions and especially the bonuses should probably be improved.
    Edit: I was thinking that maybe we could expand the greek traits and besides Spartan to have Athenian + management, Rhodian or Pergamian? + trade and so on?

    Aryan? I think it is not quite a good idea since there are too many Aryan here, Persian, Baktrian(their noble), Indian(most of northern high caste), Pahlavan. I think more specific is better.

    I think I may consider to add subtribe for arab like Qatabanian, Sabaean, Nabataean, Minaean, Minor Badouin Tribe etc as well as city state traits for GCS/Indy Greek. What do you think?

    I think the Iberian Faction should have two major ethnic groups, the Iberians in south and east, and the Celtiberians in west and north of the Iberian Peninsula.

    The Celtiberians were a mixed Celtic and Iberian people, and they believed to possess the finest qualities of the Celts, savage battle lust and great physical courage, along with the steadiness and organization of the more civilized Iberians. They were also famous for their hill forts known as castros in the northern part of Iberian Peninsula. I think we could say that they were even better warriors than average Iberians.

    Minor correction about the other ethnic group: I think the right form would be "Libyo-Phoenician".
