Can' t start mod

Hi,
after a short Startscreen i' ll get a message that it' s detected an unknown mistake and i must close the window!?
I have taken a clear MTW II + 1.2 installation and Stainless 4.0 + patch 4.1!
Can anyone help?

i can't say becuase i don' t know if i' ve installed Vanilla (i know that vanilla is a modification but i' ve never espacielly installed) now i play DLV 4.0 PE and i' ve no problems! Regnum Coelis also runs without problems.
