two question about teutons.

1) When i started the campaigen i saw that my teuton faction leader had that cool black armor skin in the world map, aswell in the battle map.
but after he died the other faction leaders had that black armor only in the battle map, and the world model had the same skin as normal generals.
is that a bug?

2)I really like those Ritterbruders (the dudes with the great helmets), but did these guys had such weird helmets for real? Ture,its cool and scary, but its just massive and not very practicle. so...did these guys really were a bunch of maniacs?
