    Default Mureshan: Total War

Recently, I was thinking a lot about half-fantasy mod(half-fantasy is a fantasy but without elves or orcs or minotaurs etc...). The Hyborian Age and the Ilsamiren Wars mods seem so great. so I decided to make one of my own.
While the other mods are based upon books, mine is completely fictional.

What is the story of the mod?
The mod takes place in a fictional world invented by me.
    The world is called "Mureshan".
The game takes place in a thousand years after the Great Hit. The Great Hit hppened when a meteor colided Mureshan. The astronomers of Mureshan were smart enough and predicted the disaster. they predicted that the meter will hit the water and will cause a huge wave. many people left their homes -that were usually in low valleys- and escaped to other higher lands. The meteor colided, and Mureshan was flooded. As a consequence, many continents were divided. Two main continents were created- The greater continent and The lesser continent, together with islands that were called "The northern islands". many people lived in one large valley between the greater continent and another place which is today an island east of the greater continent. All of them escaped to what is now the greater continent. they gathered in one place and in two-hundred years they lived in the same place. they created tribes. three tribes decided that they want their own lands with their own hagemony. They attacked other tribes and these ones fled and colonised the whole continent. but I can't continue now, since I need to write down a faction list.

    Faction list
The greater continent- Equanten, Kraniov, Ksoth, Venetrio, Tertan, Kunulia, Zevania, Unam, Runaro, The Kanaral-states
The lesser continent nad the island of Malas(an nearby island)- Malasar, Suner, Eseran, Moresh
The northern islands- Norsak, Larstier, Angmar

What is the story of the mod?-continuation
As I said, The Tribes scared the others and made the flee to other lands. In this desperate situation, a man who was caring twards the fleeing tribes rose. This man helped sick people on theire way and helped inspiring the people to rise and to found greater power, become civilised and to be fateful. This man who had an unknown name was called by the people "The Saviour". This man preached to believe in one god without any form. A whole religion developed around that. They had the "Church of God", which was chosen by an elected "Kanar" who ruled the "Kanaral-States".
The kingdoms of the Greater Continent started gathering around themselves.
The kingdom of Equanten has a new ruler, who already annexed lands in the north and south for his cause of making Equanten an empire.
In the Lesser Continent, The people fleeing from a bay that once was a valley and was swept away by The Great Hit, formed their own kingdoms. They maintained the believing of the god Arud, which they fanatically worshiped. The Lesser continent and the island of Malas were full of jungles which had harsh natives and harsh climate. But there was still one advantage, the Lesser continent and Malas were full of tin and copper, which all the kingdoms in the world needed. This transformed The jungle-lands into a powerful, busy trade post.
But barbariabs from the northern islands threaten them.
The northern islands were still shrouded with mystery. Angmar began raids against the Lesser continent, Norsak and Larstier. Norsak and Larstier converted to the religion of the Church of God long ago, when these two island-kingdoms were seperated to two-dozen small kingdoms. Angmar were still Barbarian pegans. When missionaries tried to convert them, the missionaries were slaughtered.
These, are the face of the world.

    map
The map is of course fictional. I made a little map of the land and sea:

    Recruitment-
    I need:
    -Skinners
    -Modders
    -mappers

    Thank you for reading!

well orko...not to discourage u....but why not the modders out there, unite to make semi-fantasy together. we have hyborian age, Ilsamiren wars, now mureshan . wouldn't be better all these realistic fantasy lovers unite so have more possibilities to create this mod....?

well it is a general question . It is not directly to u Orko. It is just so many great ideas are never reach the end......

    sorry for the english....

Well, if we did that it would probably be out sooner, but then there'd just be one mod to look forward too instead of three.

    Best of luck Orko!

What i think many modders are interested in knowing is what you bring to the table (besides just thinking up stuff for the mod - such as factions).

and good luck with the project
