    Default hotseat

    I sold Medieval 2 a while ago, but now i want to rebuy it. A deciding factor though, has CA released the Hotseat mode for Medieval 2? I really wanna play as england and scotland

    If you get Kingdoms as well and then the retrofit mod you will be able to play a hotseat Grand Campaign along with controllable reinforcements, AI tweaks and other goodies.

    you can even if you don't have kingdoms. i edited the config file to include hotseat. and i dont have kingdoms

    Yeah you dont have to buy kingdoms to play it, you just make one small change and it is enabled. I was counting on REAL multiplayer campaign with battles on...
