    Default Comparing 2 graphics cards

So I just got a new comp with Vista and everything, and I read that there's an Nvidia GeForce 6150 in there. I upgraded my current PC with an ATI Radeon Dual Core 1600 (or something like that). So I was just wondering, which one's better? I THINK GeForce is supposed to be better than Radeon, and of course 6150 is obviously a cooler number. Isn't Nvidia supposed to be better than ATI, too?

Your opinions and/or links to info sources would be gratefully appreciated. Thank in advanced.

I assume you mean an x1600? Well, I have an x1400 in my laptop here and can play with most settings on med/high at good frame rates. IMO, a 7 or 8 series card from nVidia would have been a better choice. A 7900GT is only around $300 now. It would chew up Med II.

Like cataclysm said you would be better off with 7xxx or 8xxx series of geforce(I have geforce7900 on my laptop) I have nbever heard of 6150 but 6xxx series are outdated anyways. My advice would be to look at at least 7900-7950 256mb to play on high details and huge unit size!
