Settlement differences between early and late campaign?

Does anyone know the exact differences between the settlements and provinces listed for early vs late campaign?

early = you need to build from start

late = you have some 'tech' building already built.

Thanks, but I'm actually after what different settlements and regions are there in the two different campaigns?

One file suggests the only difference is that Konigsberg is added to the late campaign. Is that right?

Konigsberg was the only new region that I found when using ExamDiff.

Charles Markley is right that Konigsberg is the only settlement which is added in the late era campaign. I hope this helps...
