What is virtue, and can it be taught?
if you dont know what virtue is mr jello then whay are you making topics about it. isnt that a bit self defeating im just saying. maybe buy a dictionary first next time. maybe the meaning of the word can be taught to you. thats all im saying ok.
To put it loosely, virtue is basically a trait, often percieved as a positive one at that. I hope this helps you gain an understanding of what virtue is.
Virtue is right action in accordance with right judgement. The latter is based upon the development of knowledge and proper thinking; so yes it can be tought. The former aspect, however, is up to each person.

Virtue is so last century
Temperance, Prudence, Fortitude and Justice.
They can definitely be learned. I'm not sure whether they can be taught or not.
From what can we divine is truly virtuous or not? Is there some yardstick by which we can measure the qualities of a man?
