I am sorry that I am asking a question that is only mildly connected to XGM, but XGM is the only mod that seems to have a successful forced diplomacy modification (to my knowledge... and that doesn't mean much ). Does anyone know how one would be able to create a similar mod for BI? A friend was fascinated by the option and would like to use it in his BI.

We've tried following the instruction by Dime here:

but we had no results at all. Now, we both have two left hands in matters modding, scripting and everything connected to such things, so help would be much appreciated.
