i've noticed something for a long time now. i think this will be the answer to humanity's problems. destroy and ban all isms immediately. whenever i see the word atrocity an ism is somewhere nearby. communism. fascism. capitalism. socialism feminism nationalism tribalism qutbism racism chauvinism pacifism liberalism(don't get me started) supremacism sadism nazism feudalism serfism neo-bolshevism. national socialism. arabism zionism. it seems as if every ism has some sort of atrocity or injustice attached to it.

give your thoughts.

oh and p.s we're talking about social economic and political isms not other isms like atheism or theism

Mansa, you examples you posted are bad specifically for the times they have caused extremism, death, and destruction. The same applies for Islamism. Though there are Islamists who do not kill, the term is tainted by those who do. The same is said for Communists, Atheists, Nationalists, etc.

Also, I think that any 'ism' is bad in the sense it promotes a dogmatic approach to viewing the world (except maybe scepticism, that may be an exception)
