    Default Ireland's Shipwrecked

I'm playing the Brittania Campaign as Scotland and have come into nasty conflicts with everyone except Ireland, and yet as I look at the scores, Ireland has a massive lead. Turns out after removing the fow that no one except Noway and I are using boats, and Ireland is packed with hundreds,
(and I mean HUNDREDS: without exaggerating, 20+ full stacks) all crowding around their docks waiting for ships that don't exist.
What's worse is that I find that even though Norway has been using ships in other places, the Isle of Man (is that right? the one inbetween ireland and england?) is packed full of several stacks of Norweigan armies, sitting around, presumably waiting for a ship.

How can I get Ireland to make ships and enter into the game?
Does anyone know a console command that can allow me to make ship units FOR Ireland NOT for me?
I've spent over an hour looking all over the place for a list of console commands but am becomming very frustrated at not being able to find them.

Any and all help would be appreciated. If these armies could enter into the game then it could become a really fun and exciting challenge. I could possibly loose a campaign. Thanks-

Sigh, it's too bad CA hasn't fixed this bug 100% yet, I remember this one from RTW. Back then it was alot worse though, as at least some AI use ships and from some places.

Playing Ireland, scotland sent a small force to invade that Island north of Ireland, Norwegians were sending armies here and there, except of course Isle of Man (Castle Town?) were they had 2 stacks waiting around until the English of all people invaded there and got beaten (I fooled them into war by allying with Norway and attacking an english fleet next to a Norwegian one (I even lost the battle but it was well worth it!).

Maybe try giving them ships with the console?

That's my question: How do I give Ireland ships with the console?

I know how to give myself land units, but I don't know how to create ships and I don't know how to create units for another player.

Does anyone know how to do either of these?

Those crafty Irish. They're planning for world domination!
According to the Theory of War, which teaches that the best way to avoid the inconvenience of war is to pursue it away from your own country, it is more sensible for us to fight our notorious enemy in his own realm, with the joint power of our allies, than it is to wait for him at our own doors.

Lol I'd be glad if I were you. I wouldn't want some 100s of stacks coming after me.

You can only create units into an existing army/fleet/settlement/fort. You can try moving the armies with the move cheat.
    move_character "character name" x,y
To get x and y coordinates, move your mouse cursor to a point you like and open the console (keep the mouse pointed at the spot you want) and type: show_cursorstat
It will tell you the x and y coordinates of the location.

It can be quite tricky to move around faction leader's or characters with an epithet (like "the Great", "the Mad" etc).

Well, little naval invasions do happen. With Norway the scottish attacked Arran, but only with a very very little army. But from Castle Town nobody moves. In a game with the english, they were 3 full stacks. Partly is because its their capital I think.
