Having serious problems getting this mod to work

I downloaded this mod earlier, installed the mod and patch succesfully, but I've been experiencing a few issues.

The first is this:


The second problem is that I get a crash to desktop whenever I try to start a campaign, late or early era, no matter which faction I choose. I'll attach a copy of my log file.

Anyone know how I might fix these problems?

Three questions:

What OS are you using?
Is this the Steam version of the game? (Direct Download via Steam).
How much Video and Main Memory do you have?

I'm using Windows XP Home
I'm using the retail version of the game
256mb for video, 1gb for main

There are a few possibilities, but the most telling line from your Sys Log is:

16:28:44.640 [data.invalid] [error] Insufficient video memory to load requested texture set.

Either something is wrong with your SS where the textures are corrupted, or the new textures are just too high resolution for your video memory. As for the CTD when trying to start a new campaign, I'll look into it more.

Well, I decided to do a fresh install of M2TW, Kingdoms, and the SS mod, campaigns and battles seem to function properly now. Hopefully these problems don't come up again. The menu text is in German though...

Edit: Forgot to install the patch, text is fine now.

I apologize that I wasn't that helpful, but usually a clean uninstall/reinstall works wonders.
