After weeks on wating and wating for the replacment CDs its finally here!!!!!!!

Can you guys tell me whats the best mod and requirements
like XGM, EoD and more?

What kind of mod do you want?

Do you want one that has very similar gameplay to vanilla, just with all realistic skins/factions/buildings? I think EB/RTR fall somewhat into this category.

Do you want the mod with dramatically different gameplay, massive and realistic battles and an amazing roman campaign? SPQR is my favourite.

The most important thing, imo, is whether a mod is contained within it's own mod folder, which means you can install that mod and any other similar without messing up your original RTW game, EOD, Forth age, RTR platinum, IBFD and I think XGM are all kept within their own folder., Pretty good selection and if you don't like one you can play another without the hassle of re installing.

I find RS (Roma Surrectum) to be the best mod out there - it doesn't operate in its own mod folder, but is sheer excellence - it has a realistic free peoples faction, individual legions, an excellent AOR system and it just keeps getting better with the imminent release of RS 1.5 and in a few months RS2.
