Help with a mod

i just have downloaded the extended greek mod
the mod is almost perfect but the battles are taking to much time because it takes very much time until the soldiers are dead. Is there someting how i can put it back (like in the normal Rome:total war:without mods).
i just wanna keep the mod but without the long time of the soldiers die?

not without extensive modding, or try improving your tactics. Most units will rout if they are held and hit from the back by heavy cavalry.

Actually, XGM keeps a kill rate fairly similar to vanilla. RTR is really bad this way. Unfortunately, unless you really know what you're doing, this is hard to revert. I would suggest posting this in the XGM sub-forum, DimeBagHo (the creator of XGM), always helps those in need.
