    Default Blood in SS

I've played SS for a few days now as The Kinghts Templar and I've done many battles but dont really see too much blood going on in these fghts. Some but like some of the screen shots that I've seen. Can I up the blood a lil'? Im not looking for gore or anything just something a little bit more relaistic, I am loving the mod though!

New to this site but lovin it!

look through the forums for Burreks blood and dirt mod. There you will find the ability to add to the bloody effect, albeit not like you have seen in some of the earlier versions screens.some people did not like the amount of blood that stainless steel used to have(apparently these people have been involved in melee combat with medieval weaponry for they seemed to be of the opinion that there was too much blood from the wounds)so KK toned it down.

i would like to see blood about half way between what there is now and the old amount, it may have been acurate (i really have no idea) but it looked a little extreme to me, but i apreciate its presense as well.

Historians at great battles almost uniformly talk of rivers of blood. Even a few pints from each man lost will add up no doubt. I agree with Nightbringer, somewhere between old and current would probably be best.

If nothing else can be said for the old version: at least you knew who was wounded or who had brought you many kills.

Indeed,I always attributed the amount of blood to half their own half that of the foes that litter the field at their feet

Does 'Shader 2' affect the blood in any way?
I'm playing with 'Shader 1' at the moment, and there is no blood.

You need to have Shader 2 on to get blood.
