Need help with battle replays

When I fight and save a battle I go back to watch the replay, something is different. Its not quiet the same, or the beginning starts out fine then Its like its a totaly random replay. Anybody know what I need to do?

The replay isn't actually a replay of what happened play for play. The game records the decisions made by the A.I. and the player and then repeats them. This means that if you got a bit of luck beforehand (cannon luckily hits a general, for instance) then you are likely not to get it again and the replay of the battle will be different.
