) , anyone know how ?

Chech in the graphs section - it gives you an estimate of your military strength and other nations as well.

or in that section where you've listed the admirals and generals (there you can see how much mens each army had) so you can calculate the total

Problem is, there is no running total that makes any sense. Right up there with the lack of a running total of casualties suffered against those of the enemy in the campaign game.

Start keeping tabs on how many people you have killed and lost.

but it'd be too complicated
i miss the STW old days, each soldier cost 1 koku for upkeep, which mean the upkeep fee is your number of soldiers.
