Roman MIC

I am playing as Rome (During the Camillan Era) and have just conquered Carthage. I have built a type 2 government there but still cannot build a Roman MIC. All I can build are the levels of local support MICs. Whats up? And how can I build a Roman MIC there if it is possible? Are there required buildings maybe (The MIC does not show up on the building browser)?

The Roman MICs expand with the different eras. You only get them in 6 cities in the Camilian Era, in Italy in the Polybian Era, and finally everwhere in the Marian Era. See the FAQ.

Since you can only recruit Roman units in Italy, it would be pointless to have an empty MIC available everywhere.
