Exact install sequence for SS 5.1

Can anybody spell out the precise installation sequence please? You know M2TW, patches?, Kingdoms?, SS 5.1 thanks and rep in advance

I believe Kingdoms fully patches you up. If that makes sense.

The Kingdoms expansion automatically installs 1.3 patch (which is, by the way, only required for the expansion), which needs 1.2 installed prior...

Kingdoms will patch Vanilla, direct off the CD, mtw2 to 1.2 while it is installing its-self(which is 1.3).

Okay, so forget official patches, just install the game , then the expansion, then 5.0... then 5.1 . Is that the skinny of it?

aye. official patches for mtw are included in the kingdoms install.

Oh, and you can use some hotfixes for Stainless Steel, which were released after the 5.1 patch... The game crashes, when you try to fight William Wallace, the Denmark got wrong icons on the campaign interface and some more minor bugs... I got the fix pack here:
