    Icon5 unpacker issue

I have just downloaded the M2TW patch and the unpacker but... Whenever I go to C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker it shows 4 files: unpack_all, list_contents, unpacker and ReadMe. I open readme and it says here:

III. BASICS OF USING THE UNPACKER
    ______________________________________________________________________

    - The Unpacker should be placed in the 'tools\unpacker' folder of your
Medieval II: Total War installation folder

    - To unpack all files and place them in your 'data' directory run
    the batch file 'unpack_all.bat'

NOTE: To use this batch file the Unpacker and the batch file must
be in the 'tools\unpacker' folder for Medieval II: Total War

    - To create a text file with a list of all files within the packs
run the batch file 'list_contents.bat'. This will create a file
    'pack_contents.txt' in the 'tools\unpacker' folder;

NOTE: To use this batch file the Unpacker and the batch file must
be in the 'tools\unpacker' folder for Medieval II: Total War

I take it this means I have to start by opening unpack_all? If so when I do, this comes up:

    C:\Program Files\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\tools\unpacker>unpacker.exe --source
    =..\..\packs\*.pack --destination=..\..\ --verbosity=1
    Medieval II: Total War Unpacker
    Version 1.0

Do you agree to these terms and conditions? (Y/N)

I feel this means I must either press (On the keyboard) Y or N (yes or no). When I do a normal y is writen, nothing special happens so I type it again in caps, nothing, no loading screens or next buttons... Nothing. unpacker and list_contents show similar text when I open them!

Can someone assist me with this problem? thanks.
