Eating meat for pleasure is killing an animal for pleasure - except its accepted pleasure, that of the stomach, instead of the 'demented' pleasure of the mind. and Im sorry a tree that is 1000 years old has more of a right to live than any human on earth for any reason-- our disrespect of the other life around us is my primary reason for desiring our ultimate and irreversable demise.

I find this world so exquisite and so perfect, the only thing wrong is that there are too many humans upon it; humans who have neither the design nor the desire to make life anything but an extension of our animal instincts rather than rising above them.
