Help with Installation.

I so regret removing RS for EB.... played EB for a day and wanted to switch back to good old RS , but recently FILEFRONT is giving me problems. I cant download the installer , i tried the secondary one but it lead me to a page with a empty folder. Can someone send me the installer or upload the installer elsewhere? I really miss RS , please help.

PS: Filefront and Rapidshare have not worked for me. =(

Try using Firefox or Opera browsers, and make sure popup blockers are off. The link is fine, so the problem is on your end. I personally never touch Internet Exploder.

And just in case you are using Firefox, try to use the Internet Explorer. It sometimes helps.

Popup blockers are off , Firewalls all disabled , Anti-Virus is disabled.
Tried Firefox , didn't work , Tried IE7 , Still didn't work.
Does anything have to do with using a router ???
EDIT: Tried with a cable modem connection too , doesn't work either.
I really want to play RS =(

EDIT : After about 30+ refreshes , IT FINALLY WORKED!!!
RS FOR LIFE , IM NEVER DELETING RS FOR ANY OTHER MOD AGAIN!!!
Looking forward to Patch 1.5 , good work guys , keep it up.

Just for your information and others, you mentioned you were using a router, and could that cause a problem. YES, it most definitely CAN cause a big problem. The MTU settings in many routers are either turned off (which defaults to whatever Windows says to use) or set too high. Windows by default uses 1536, which is many times....if not most of the time too high for most routers and Internet connections. The problem is that Windows then looks for a packet size of 1536.....actually is demanding it. But if the connection, server, etc. can't dish it out that fast, Windows starts getting pissed and drops packets...or, the connection altogether. So you can get corrupt downloads that way, or none at all.

An MTU setting of 1024 in a router is more than enough for almost anything. I suspect a number of people have issues with this, but it depends a lot on your Internet Provider, the server you're trying to 'talk' to, and traffic.
