That´s funny... a few days ago I asked in another thread of this forum if anybody could open a "Dear-Mr.-Santa-Claus-Thread" so I could wish to have HCS for Christmas and now i find this...

I dying to kill and exterminate some athiniotes, and some other hellenic people with illyrians....hmmm i would like to kill some persians too, normally, allied with sparta, epiros and macedon....love this factions

I don't believe Epieros is a faction, but since you like the illyrians, they seem to be the closest thing to it. By the way, how is Macedonia portrayed in the mod as I really have no knowledge of thier warfare until phillip and alexander.

Alexander the I used normal hoplites, thats about all I know, other than the fact he was forced to join the Persians in invading Greece.
But when they were retreating he killed alot of them.

Persians were threating it's people and family so he was force to follow them. But he help south greeks and he told them where persians gonna strike and when, like he did in the battle of Platea

Yes, i think they use normal hoplites too. Not phalanx formation. Hey guys, and what about the etruscans? Are they a strong faction? Coz i like them a lot...

They were the dominant power in Italy at the time. I believe they fought with Italian influenced hoplites along with samnite and other tribal infantry. Basicly, picture something along the lines of a mix between greece and rome.

Yeah sorta. Picture trarii-esque backbone infantry supported by low quality ranged units and italian (samnite umbrian, etc) infantry and cavaly.

i am affraid u r right Fuzz. i am also not so optimistic anymore. long time without any news and spirit of rob left.I just hope the rest of the guys can make it and prove me wrong. it would be pity to lose this great promising mod.
