Imperial Palace?
Ok, I imagine this question has been asked many times before, but please humour me.
I was expecting to be offered the option to build an Imperial palace in Bonnonia.
I already built the "Great Forum", and "City Plumbing". My population is over 24,000. But I still can't build an imperial palace.
Why?
Do I need another building?
I want my legions!!!!!

Dude, seriously use the search function. This has been asked multiple times before and will continue to be asked multiple times if people don't use the search function. So please have some consideration and search the thread.

You are probably using 1.10b, not 1.10c which fixes a problem of not being able to build imperial palaces in all places you should be able to build it.
