    Whats the difference between cas file from models_unit and models_strat??

    I don`t know if there is one, but a general`s cas file from models_unit will work on the strat map with no other changes to it if that`s your question.

    and so thus vice versa right?? general from strat will also work as a models_unit file??

    The answer is ............................................................................................. Yes. But since strat models are use at map view I assume they might be low detailed if put in descr_model_unit.

    They're exactly the same, even in scale, BUT!, if you use a battle model for the strat map you need to add a 'smooth filter' in the skin modifier (3dmax).. or you'll get white blobs on your unit in game. Using strat models in battle is fine.

    This guy for example was the strat model for an orthodox priest from MTW2
