Skin Help
Can anyone who has successfully changed the skin of their spartan hoplite unit, please oh please give me a step by step. I have tried 4-5 different skins, and I'm confident that I followed all the installation directions to the letter, the only thing I have to show for it was the unit card changing to that of a unit of peasants, while in game they retained the same RTR spartiate skin.
I am beginning to think it is a) impossible or b) I am stupid
Any help at all would be appreciated, I dont even much care what skin it is, the 300 version, or a normal corinthian style helmet with some variation of armor.

What`s the name of your new unit`s texture(the .tga.dds file) and model (the .cas file)? If you tell me those I`ll be able to post the text for the simple version of RTRPE v1.9.

6) copy files of "models_unit" in "data\models_unit" in the good place.
if "data\models_unit\textures" don't exist, create it.
7) in the file "data\export_descr_buildings", add in the building wanted :
recruit "greek hades warrior spartan" 0 requires factions { greek_cities, }
enjoy 
There is the files to be placed under UI for the unit cards as well.
I'm not looking to simply import a new unit, just replace the old one.
