Auxilia Phase CTD
This CTD is encounter this way. While a settlement is under auxilia phase 1-3. All military buildings such as stable, barracks, etc won't prodce troop. Their description at that time will list the require auxilia phase needed. Let say I right click on the practice range to bring up its description. If I go to Asiactic Archers Seleucid Auxilia Phase 2 or any other unit description. Right click on that and try to bring up the unit info page, the game will CTD. Is there a fix for this?

Re: Auxilia Phase CTD
The units are recruitable by each faction(from auxilia buildings) based on their area of location. It is possible that a faction can`t recruit some aor units from a certain area, hence there are no units recruitable at that level. Building proper barracks though will make the faction units to be avaialable as those are generally recruitable. Most faction cavalry units need faction barracks as a condition for their training in addition to stables iirc. This means that if you don`t have the barracks in place and your faction can`t recruit local units(not faction units) from a certain area then there`s nothing to recruit in your stables.
If you want to read more on the purpose of auxilia buildings try the FAQ from the RTR sub-forum:

Referring to your CTD it is a known matter also:

Re: Auxilia Phase CTD
Hi Florin,
Thank you for replying. It's been a long time since I play RTW, I just recently put it back to check out Ferres Legion mod, XGM, RTRPE and Rome Surretium. The one I keep is RTRPE with a little changes from here and there. I found the answer. At first I thought the CTD was cause by missing images. It seems that’s not the case and the CTD is cause by how 1.9 work.
Right now, I’m deconstructing the export description building files to remove all instance of auxiliary phase 1-3 and revert it back to the old system of muster field--militia barrack--city barrack--etc. That should do the trick.

Re: Auxilia Phase CTD
Right clicking a unit in the building panel crashes the game even with barracks... doesn`t it?

Re: Auxilia Phase CTD
I was testing out a hypothesis with the export building enum. It didn’t work, but I’m not discourage. I wish some of the guys from CA could lend a hand on this. :hmmm:
