I think that there is a Problem with every one wanting their own mod that is very similar to the mod next door but usually neither of them gets anywhere and both turn out dead. Then the modder gets discouraged and doesn't want to mod any more. Some mods are missing mappers, skinners, coders and modelers. The mod next door will have something you are missing, and Vice-Versa. It pains me to see modders working on ambitious projects that I know they will not complete because they don't have enough team support.

There are certain modders that believe that they can summon a team out of thin air. This is not realistic. You should bring your skills to another mod instead of making a clone of it.

There needs to be an effort to suggest more mergers of similar mods.
