celtic walls!

the getai just declared war on me, and just discovered the amaazing work done with the walls, are absolutely great!

they look very appropriate for the celtic cultures... and look threatening!

Siege battles have been a long neglected area in RTW modding.

Other mods have enabled stone walls for barbarian settlements, but Roman-style stone walls look very wrong on the battle map.

The new Oppida walls are quite beautiful and go a long way to making barbarian city assaults believable.

My dream is that someone will make new settlement plans, but I have heard that it is very difficult, not fully understood and may be limited by hard-coded features. Still, I will continue to hope (imagine having Athens with an Acropolis, or Carthage with its Great Harbour).
