There usually should be an uninstaller. Check your start menu for it, or even your TW folder.
If not, just delete the Stainless Steel folder in your mods folder.
Then reinstall like you're installing for the first time.

SS or any addon DON'T TOUCH in anything of m2tw vanilla, if you're refering to m2tw vanilla also not playable.... anyway you should report your bugs
