    Default Two questions on Baktria

    one-

Will EBII at least have Baktria as a national only own Baktra the city and Seleukids controlling Alexandreia-Eschate while Marakanda is a rebel town?
This would be more historically fit for the region, ignoring the fact that Baktria wasn't even independant at this time

    two-

How do you get Hetairoi Kataphrakts with the Baktrians?

edit: As an alternative to question one, could somebody send me the descr.file
folder that has been modified so that Baktria has only Baktra and the Seleukid
    empire gains Alexandreia-Eschate?

the file should be in this folder on your hard drive-
    C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War\EB\Data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign

    1. I'm sure the way it is at the moment is historically accurate, otherwise the EB team wouldn't have it like that.
    2. The Hetairoi Kataphraktoi are the late bodyguard unit for Baktria, so you can't recruit them.

Maybe the eb team valued game balance before historical correctness in this case. Baktria with one city might not put up a good fight versus the AS...

When Baktria rebelled, the first thing it did was take those cities to the north. However, at the start date, Baktria has no control of any kind over those two provinces. There was actually talk of this internally...

You need the Vanilla Marian Reform for the new bodyguard (a huge city in one of the central four non-Roma Italian cities).

So I need the Romaioi to get the reforms or do I need to go and take a city in Italy and get the reforms myself or what?
It would really stink if you guys seriously couldn't make a seperate reform that Baktria could conceivably get

Then why not weaken Seleukid influence in that region? They were neglecting their eastern provinces more and more as the wars with Ptolemy dragged on

All the reforms for upgraded bodyguards (for most factions) is the Vanilla Marian Reform ("March of Time" in EB). These will happen when any faction upgrades a town with the hidden resource "italy" to the huge city level. The cities that have this hidden resource are the four non-Roma starting cities for the Romani.
