I was thinking this could work well with the supply mod, it would sort of bring in a kind of feudal system and make generals far more important
Other than slightly boosting the effects of generals, it would make it that some generals can recruit units and mercenaries for a fraction of the cost of other generals or captains. Recruitment prices would of course be greatly increased by default to compensate.
I was also hoping to implement a loyalty system, perhaps by making bribing easier and more often done by the AI if possible, not sure if it's hardcoded. It would be even better if the presence of a powerful or charismatic general in a province influenced how likely they were to be bribed, as a way of converting settlements to your cause.
Any other ideas to implement these sort of changes?
