.NET Framework Initialization Error

I just installed M2TW and updated it right after to 1.2 but now when i try to play it I get this message, (C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded) please help me.

I reinstalled my original which is version 1.0 and now it will start. But now when i start a battle or the campaign, my screen goes into sleep mode, the game is still playing I can hear the battle but my screen won't show it. I checked my screen and it is supported. I also redownloaded the patch from a different source but it still won't work gives me the same error as above. Someone please help me!!
