The crux of my reasoning for abating was I felt to strongly for the arguments given to both ideas. I hope I do not have to repeat all the arguments to validate my argument.

I officially, in my last act as Princeps, close the motion as there has been 9 votes and 2 abstains, which is enough for the constituition and in the fairness of the senate. So:
