What's your field battle strategy (use pics)
Scenario
I'm playing as England and I fought Ireland. I usually fight Irish armies that are 70% spearmen and 30% archers. When my army approaches, the archers usually hide behind the spearmen and boom, the fight starts.
Strategy
Get an army of 70% infantry and 30% cavalry. March the infantry slowly towards the Irish frontline. Then I quickly and sneakily rush my cavalry around and behind the enemy lines. With the Irish archers and spearmen wholly focusing on the coming English infantry, I order my cavalry to flank the Irish from behind and force the low-morale archers to route while disrupting the frontline spearmen. Game over, done deal, always works. I love flanks.
Usually I just blitzkrieg my entire army into the enemy army, I never knew that strategy worked so well, silly me.
Here's a drawing of my strategy. Share yours. Please and thanks.
