Default Most fulfilling campaign you've ever played.

I must say, out of all the factions and campaigns i've played, only one of
both of those aspects have really given me my most enjoyable play
    experience.

It's a faction that doesn't seem to be discussed much (at least from what
see) and seems to be forgotten.

    ....That faction is Spain

I don't believe i've ever had a more furfilling campaign with any other faction, Spain just seems to hit home in a big way for me. The starting position, story, possiblities, and overall units just seem to 'click', like the harmonization of the perfect playing experience

anyone else feel the same way?

I believe the faction i'm playing now in barbarian invasion is giving me forfilling campaign game i'm playing as the Sarmatians i'm on a sacking spree at the moment and started with Constantinople then headed west to Thessalonia from here on to Ravenna and Rome finally ended up in Cartridge nova as my captial.

For me, the most fulfilling campaign I've played is the one I'm going through - mostly because I haven't beat it yet. I generally set guidelines that make the campaign more meaningful to me (such as all armies with a purpose (not fire brigades) must be lead by a family member, the Pope's word is law, etc.).

I've had lots of good generals who fight with big armies in really hopeless situations. The only time I've been mad at my campaign was when my 9 command general got killed by a Catapult.

When I played as HRE and I got to war with France,England,Poland and Russia.

It was scary because it was nearly exactly as WW2, I took France and blitzed Poland but then after that England and Russia pushed me back far into my conquered lands but I won anyway

My most fulfilling campaign for me was one in Stainless Steel, as the Templars. I have never had a decent economy and thanks to the Fatimids declaring war on me on turn 3 and refusing ceasefires, I havent been able to build one. That hasnt stopped giving them a jolly good kicking however, helped in part by my allies the Seljuks. Its a great campaign to play because I am always deliriously close to running into the red, so every construction or unit must have a specific purpose, or it isnt being built, and I often have to get by with small armies, resulting in lots of Heroic Victories. Mongols are on the way though...

In Vanilla the most engrossing campaign I had was from the Moors, closely followed by Spain. The Moorish army list makes for some memorable battles early on, and they really have the potential to be massively successful later on.
    I love you all!

One of my favourite battles was where my king was slain taking Dublin from the rebels as England. Socts had already had a crack at it, but they failed miserably. I had almost everything routing and clicked continue because I felt especially slighted by their impudence.
Anyway, all that was left were some Irish Kerns. They were surrounded by fleeing comrades and a general pushing through, getting closer and closer. Suddenly they rout! woot. As already metioned I continued the battle. seconds later, my king dies. He had seen some serious combat this battle, so That wasn't too un expected. When it zoomed in on him I saw several spears flying past and killing a few bodyguards. From the Kerns! They only had 12 or so men left, but they still downed my king! King Willaim the conqueror, slain by fleeing rebels!

My most fulfilling campaign for M2TW?

    Playing as England using DLV.
I'm currently at war with Ireland, Scotland, Flanders, France, Denmark, and the Aztecs. So, basically, I'm surrounded from all sides with my only ally being Norway.

It's pretty intense, since it is the middle part of the game. And that's when the factions have multiple full-stack armies ready for battle.
