How to increase unit number

Hello everybody, i wanted to ask if it is possible to increase number of units in RTW. Just like in the intro movie, for example the first cohort with 600 soldiers or a barbarian war band of 400+ soldiers.

If it's possible, how it can be done ?

yeah, but the value cannot be edited past 160, thats the cap.

I know the Devs themselves can do it, I don't know about the actual game released to the public.

On huge unit size peasants and warbands etc have 240...
