Unfortunately, XC Punic does change the edu quite a bit, but Webba should be working on adding command as an option for XC Punic.
Just uploaded it now. I've been playing it with XGM Command and I'm in no hurry to change it back now! Let me know how it goes Centurion44.

Alright Alright Alright...Another version of Command is now out!
Version 5.7.22 is ready for your download.
The major change; added only a few names, ~10 to names.txt (this only changes character names, all place names remain the same) so you will maybe eventually face a "Scutarii the Great" or "Zarax the Conqueror".
Other than that the files are just as they were in recent previous versions. Lowered charge distance and added command trait.

Hey Command fans,
I'd like to let you all know about the testing I did with decreased charge distances and increased charge bonuses...this is similar to other mods behavior concerning cavalry.
I've increased the charge bonus an average of 10 and lowered the attack an average of 1.
You will lose relatively the same amount of men per charge but they will infiltrate further into the enemy lines, you won't see heavy cavalry stop in front of a skirmisher...they run right over them.
Another thing is they're (mostly) not as effective at melee which causes the player to withdraw their cavalry and reform and re-charge.
I will release it as a beta so I can hopefully get some critical feedback on it from you guys.

The aforementioned beta is included, watch out for more enthusiastic charges but blunted hand-to-hand skills.
Please let me know what you think as this is only something I'm trying out.

Annoyingly I can't get sendspace to work here in china. I don't know why, it just consistently fails to load the page. I don't suppose you could upload this somewhere else? Rapidshare and MU and all the others seem to be ok.

i downloaded the latest update and it causes a CTD on every imperial campain faction, when i click begin,
naturally this is annoying
any ideas why ?
(the earlier version worked fine by the way ^-^)
do i add that to xgm data folder, if so where. or does he make a new download?:hmmm:
