Roman no-reform help
Hello EB team, long time fan here. As strange as this may sound, for my new fun with the romans, iv decided to play a camp as them without them getting any reforms. So i would like to have my triari as hoplites still. How can i go around to make this happen, thanks. -Leon

Re: Roman no-reform help
You could simply not upgrade your MICs when you get the Polybian Reform.
Or, you could change the script so that both the dynamic and static reform year triggers are really high.

Re: Roman no-reform help
That wouldn't be to difficult, too: (make a backup of the script first!) search for the section that is triggering the Roman reforms (the sections are all proper named in the EBS) and delete it or place a ";" before every line.

Re: Roman no-reform help
Cool thanks, unfortunately the polybian? reforms have already happened, so unless you can also tell me of a way to somehow make them unhappen, ill have to go with no upgrading. But for the future i will keep that in mind, thanks. -Leon

Re: Roman no-reform help
That is controlled by the marker "Polybian Military Periode". As long as you cannot get rid of it (you can't destroy it like a building), there is no way going back.

Re: Roman no-reform help
Ok so far everything is ok, but just wondering here. My deleting the roman reforms wont mess up any other reforms right? As in nothing is dependent on the roman reforms? -Leon
