    Default Horde Tactic

Has anyone used this against another faction?

I tried it recently against the Mongols as Egypt and it worked to perfection. I was able to win/lose many battles which eventually caused the remains of their armies to split up and I was able to hunt down their generals.

The only downside to this tactic is that it will drain your economy. I went from nearly 300k to 180k within 40 years of combating the Mongol hordes with my own hordes. After they where defeated and I disbanded many armies I was able to get my economy rolling again(about 4-7 cities where constantly recruiting).

I can see how their tactic could be useful against any other faction, but I was curious to see if anyone else has some input on the tactic.

I myself... don't like that tactic... i hate wasting men and sending them to worthless deaths... although they aren't real but i still don't like it. Plus i play with 1 or 2 good quality stacks and fight from there.

I hate losing men too... And I too usually fight with few quality stacks. then again, I could try this tactic. Also I've been thinking about sending my stacks raiding, conquering and sacking cities (without keeping them)
