    Default Golden Horde

Pretty funny stuff: I started a new late era campaign with Denmark. 20 turns into the campaign, and the Golden Horde is exterminated

Don't know what happened to be honest, because most of the settlements of the horde are now rebels (I checked by turning fog of war off).

    What could have happened?

In my current game, England was just wiped out by Scotland. Needless to say I was quite shocked.

I just started a campaign with the turks and I made the mistake of not ceasefiring with Mongols. I got them out of Baghdad and Beirut, but their hordes are difficult to deal with a weak early infantry.

Well in my Sicily campaign I turned off the fog as well a moment since in about turn 20 I already got a lot of reports of fallen capitals.

The only thing really unusual was that the spanish invaded england with quite a big army and laid siege to a city there. Aragon, Spain and Portugal where all at war with France which had quite some armies in the Iberian area and had taken a few Aragonese provinces.

In my game both the Byzantine and "Holy Roman" empires have been replaced by Hungary and Poland and they occupy nearly the exact same territory, and their historical territories have been taken by the Teutonics and Russians!

Well the teutonic order only has Helsinki and Novgorod at the moment and the spanish are kicked out of england, and now england has invaded spain with several stacks and has taken a province and besieges another.

The papal states are at war with france and already took two provinces from them.

Does Sicily/Milan beat the crap out of the Pope early every game for you all as well? My pope dies literally every turn.

Lol thats wierd. I always played on VH/VH and funny enough except for the Moors biting it once most factions were stable and didnt kill each other off completely. Now on H/VH Egypt is going on a rampage; killed the templars 22 turns in and has already completed a successfull landing in Athens and is regrouping its armies to spread into the balkans . Meanwhile Hungary and Russia are trying to wipe out the ailing Byzantines - this I don't like cuz I want to epicly capture Constantinople from them lol...

Also Lithuania has finally fallen. Poor underdogs. They faced a 30 year long crusade.

I think the wierdest thing by far is how Egypt is dominating in stats. No one comes close and I have a feeling I am what's stopping them from taking over europe. That and France allied with England... :hmmm:

In my campagin the Mongols were wiped out as well after 20-30 turns, then I have to say the pope is quite mental, he has taken down Milan and now waging war against HRE.
    Oath of the Teutonic Knights
"I... do profess and promise chastity, giving up all property, and obedience to God and the Blessed Virgin Mary and to you, Brother Master of the Teutonic Order, and to your successors, according to the Rules and Regulations of the Order. And I will be obedient to you, and to your successors, even unto death."

The Holy Roman Empire in my game has quite literally, captured all of western Europe; France, England, Poland, Hungary, Denmark and is moving down all three of the major peninsulas. They're also moving east and north. In fact all that's stopping them are the Norwegians, played by me. Oh, and Hitler would be happy; the Russians are bending the knee to the Germans.

Well The HRE has been busy in my campaign too, they whiped out Denmark and are at war with Norway now. Things look grim for Norway, Scotland is trying to invade their lands too.

Milan is only waging war with Venice at the moment and fight only in Italy so far. Oddly enough the HRE is not involved in any Italy fights and I have an alliance with them and perfect relations.

I am personly busy whiping out the Moors as Sicily, but they are rather tough and only Aragon is fighting them in Iberia, Aragon is weak so I cant count much on their help even while we are allied.

So far I took Moorish provinces up to Algiers and I am advancing. The plague striked at Algiers and right after the Moors besieged me with a large army. Every turn my numbers went down from the plague and the siege, but I still managed to fight them off with my diseased army.

The plague passed now, and at the moment I am busy reforming my army at Algiers to send towards the Western Moorish lands on ships.

Yes, well apparently the Holy Roman Empire had a lot of troubles at home and took out all its anger on its neighbors. Wonder what would happen if the two largest (and most powerful) kingdoms, the Egyptians and the HRE were to start a war. Guess I'll just have to keep playing because their borders are touching in the Balkan Peninsula. Wonder if I should ally with Egypt?

WOW now thats what i call action. Great reports guys! Any of you ever play as the Kieven Rus? Well when I was trying to build up my pitifully poor provinces, I got ransacked by a wealthy Byzantine Empire which took me 150 turns to defeat, neck and neck every turn. Then just when I am about to take Constantinople, like 4 off my steppe provinces rebel because of heresy. I was like wtf ?

After that the Mongols stormed into my mighty Kieven capital, and made it a permanent Islamic huge city After expanding into Italy everything went wrong. Currently I'm in a 6 front war between the Milaneese, French, Germans, Mongols, Venetians, Turks and Timurids. Not to mention your daily jihads on Constantinople.

Well france and the HRE are both becoming very powerfull, its only a matter of time before they clash. I am allied with the HRE and having a good alliance with them as Sicily so that will keep me safe I hope. The pope is at war with france so I think the HRE would come out on top if the two of them go to war.

He he, the HRE always wins, unless all of Europe goes against it.

In my campaign the Teutonic order is the strong man of europe now... No longer is it Milan or the HRE... They have nothing to counter all those cheap (compared to there stats) heavy infantry and hybrid spears.
