Warhammer World - Total War
A Warhammer mod already exists for Rome Total war but not for M2TW.
Would be wonderful if a group of modders created a warhammer campaign map.
The factions for Warhammer World would be the following:
-The Empire (easy to create as its armies are made of late soldiers. Some of their troops: arcabusiers, canons, religious fanatics, crossbow militia, militia, swordmen and lots of pikes) - my favourite
-Bretonnia (easy as well as its armies use peasant archers, men at arms and lots of mounted knights).
-Kislev (the team could reskin Lithuania, Novgorod and Russia to create Kislev, units: boyards (light infantry carrying axes, ungol archers (light horsed mongol archers), kislev mounted knights (mounted Druzhina) and dismounted kislev knights, Middenheim hunters (hunters (archers)), White Wolfs (heavy mounted knights carrying hammers)).
-Demons (demons, superallies of Chaos, never fight between them)
-Chaos (heavy infantry)
-Dwarves (arcabusiers, strange artillery, crossbowers and dwarves with axes of all type)
-High Elves (lancers, archers and ballystas)
-Wood Elves (lots of archers and missile cavallry, and treemen)
-Dark Elves (light but very well equipped armies, archers, lancers, light infantry).
-Skaven (rat-men with weapons, could use simillar weapons as the greek fire or the nafatuns' grenades)
-Lizardmen (lizards with weapons, no artillery but creatures of all kind, soldiers with axe and shield, and archers)
-Tomb Kings (light skelleton cavallry, skelleton lancers, skelleton gigants, skelleton archers)
-Vampire Counts (skelletons, zombies and non-dead dragons, heavy skelleton cavallry, heavy skelleton infantry, NO archers either dead or alive)
-Beast-men (allies of the Chaos armies, beast archers, lancers, and with axes).
-Orks and Goblins (orks with axes, goblin and ork archers, ork and goblin lancers, gigant winged snakes, gigants and trolls).
-Tilea (the land of the mercenaries, home of lots of republics and the greatest enemy of the Lizardmen: pikes, crossbows, halverds, light cannons, heavy caballry)
And... Rebels
Crusades: Yes, the mod could include crusades. As there are goodies and badies. Goodies (high elves, empire, bretonia and dwarves) vs badies (Chaos, Demons and Beast-men). So Crusade -> Crusade of the Good and Jihad -> Chaos Horde
Religions (hard work here):
Ulthuan Light (high elves), Faith of Sigmar (Empire), Faith of Ulrik (Kislev), Chaos (Chaos, Beast-men, Demons), Ancient Wisedom (Dwarves), Black Magic (Vampire Counts, Tomb Kings, Dark Elves, Skaven), Faith of the Grail (Bretonnia), Lustrian Gods (Lizardmen), Pagan (Wood Elves and Tilea), The Waaagh! (orks) and Heresy.
Mercenaries (very simillar to Tilea). Normal mercenaries and lots of single units which could appear one at a time in the game such as the Damned Company (my favourite), Véspero's assassins and Ruglud's (ork) heavy crossbowmen.
If someone is decided to create this mod I can find all the info and do the research. I know some good maps and many things about Warhammer. Indeed, I'll shoot myself if someone creates this mod without my help (just jocking, I'm not sick).
