Can't start new campagin on 5.0

I have posted before about my problems with 5.1 and still no luck, so I thought that I would continue with my 5.0 instead. I have a fresh installed 5.0 on the computer, but I can't start a campagin. I can continue on a campagin I had before I tried to install 5.1 but that's it. When I try to start a early campagin it jumps back to the main menu and when I try to start a Late Era Campagin it jumps back as well. I can play custom battles and everything, the problem is just how to start a new campagin.

I would really appreciate if some1 could help me.

Can you please check if you have installed the newer version ("Stainless_Steel_5.1b_patch.exe") of the 5.1 patch?

In the previous (cancelled) version of the patch some data were missing...

yeah it's the later version, 5.1b the 408mb one
