I'm confused, because I can't find that from that report.
However, what I found was this interesting thing.
What I understand here by a third party is for example EA, Ubisoft or Activision. So I guess the royalty/license fee is $10 according to that. It is what it is and expected, or I'm completely wrong. So I don't know, but after that $10 cut it doesn't change the PC publishing in to a favor against the console publishing. PC games usually come out with a $50 price tag where for console that price tag is usually $60, but you already know this.By one analyst’s calculation, which assumes that Sony makes about $10 in revenues on each game whether produced by itself or a third party, 30 games must be sold per PS3 console – compared with eight for the PlayStation2 – to make up for the losses which Sony will incur over the next few years before the hardware itself achieves break-even.
